All are welcome to drop in on any Wednesday, when we gather for chanting and meditation. This year we will focus increasingly on chanting, utilizing the melody, rhythm and meaning of each chant as a means to open our hearts and deepen our awareness. We will weave back and forth between chanting and silent practice, allowing the two modalities to nourish and enliven one another, thus further supporting growth and joy in our lives.
