With Barry Nobel

Mindfulness refers to our capacity for present-moment and non-judgmental awareness. Its popularity has greatly expanded during the past decade. It is less well known that the development of mindfulness lies at the heart of the Jewish way of life.
Beginners & experienced meditators alike are welcome at these sessions in which we will examine mindfulness in Judaism, practice together, and talk about how and why we practice.
